Prayer Requests
Nomination & Registration：
The second phase of registration began on August 18 and will close at the end of October (or earlier if capacity is reached). As of September 3, 803 people have registered. We thank God for the connection and mobilization of regional committees and networks, which have enabled smooth nomination and registration since April.
- That the Lord would move the right invitees to complete their registration smoothly, and that all participants would be a blessing to one another at the Congress.
- For a spirit of unity and mutual edification among all regions during the nomination process, so the Body of Christ may be built up.
- For intergenerational partnership: that the older generation would have spiritual vision and willingly empower the next generation, and that the younger generation would honor the sacrifices of those who have gone before them.
Speakers：
The speakers for the opening, closing, expository preaching, and plenary sessions have been confirmed. Please pray for their preparations and for their well-being, that every message would be a channel for God’s word.
- For God’s protection and provision—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—for each speaker and their families.
- That God would provide for their needs in their local churches, ministries, and workplaces, allowing them to focus on preparation and be filled with the Holy Spirit.
- For the online speaker meetings beginning in December, that their sharing would respond to the Congress’s themes and needs, bringing spiritual renewal and encouragement.

Exhibition Planning：
This Congress will feature three exhibitions: Mission Showcase, Christian Publishers Collective, and the CCCOWE 50th Anniversary. The main frameworks have been drafted, and the next stage involves creating theme illustrations and 3D visual designs.
- That the exhibits will clearly communicate vision and testimony of God’s work, becoming a source of spiritual encouragement and blessing.
- For smooth coordination with publishers and fruitful exchange and promotion of Christian literature.
- For the effective gathering and presentation of materials for the 50th anniversary retrospective, so the movement’s legacy can be clearly witnessed.
Stage and Musical：
ORTV (Overseas Radio and Television, Inc.) will present the musical “Journey of Love” and provide technical support for the Congress.
- For God’s provision of all necessary personnel and resources.
- For smooth communication and coordination among cross-national teams, venues, and vendors, so that all programs and technical aspects would honor God and edify His people.
- That the musical would inspire and bless participants, and also be a blessing to local churches in Sarawak.
Preparation Teams & Logistics：
We thank God for His leading and provision in the ongoing preparations for the Congress. The team includes CCCOWE staff, the program committee, the Sarawak logistics volunteer group, as well as district committees and standing committees promoting registration. Volunteer recruitment and organization are underway in areas such as hospitality, dining, transportation, IT, program production, translation, venue management, medical care, and media.
- For the health and well-being of all coworkers and their families.
- For wisdom and unity among all teams, venues, contractors, and travel agencies, enabling effective collaboration.
- For God to call suitable volunteers and coworkers to serve in every department.
- Pray for smooth coordination within the logistics team and among group leaders.
- For the successful recruitment of volunteer interpreters, that God would provide the right people to serve as a blessing.
Information Systems & Website Maintenance：
We thank God for progress in IT development. The participant portal has been completed and the new registration features have launched on schedule. Many more tasks remain ahead, so we continue to seek your prayers.
- For God’s protection and blessing over the development and maintenance of all information systems, including the MIS, automated registration, participant portal optimization, workshop and group mechanisms, and website updates.
- For the development and implementation of the “CCCOWE AI—Theological Practice Companion” tool.
- That all technology tools would be effective channels for ministry, enhancing participants’ experience and effectiveness.
- For wisdom and strength for the IT team to complete all tasks well within tight timelines.
CCCOWE AI—Theological Practice Companion：
We thank God for leading Pastor Chih-Chien Tsai and CCCOWE in developing AI tools to serve churches and believers. The project is currently in the development stage and faces some technical challenges that require God’s wisdom and provision.
- For technical breakthroughs and for the team to remain on the right course in development.
- That the design and application of the AI would be firmly grounded in biblical truth, avoiding any errors, and serving as a tool for discipleship and equipping.
- For the recruitment of pastors and brothers and sisters to participate in AI testing, and for wisdom to provide helpful feedback, so that the AI would truly bless churches and believers.
Finance & Administration：
The total budget for this Congress is USD 750,000, with USD 327,000 raised so far. We are grateful for God’s ongoing provision, and for the faith lessons He is teaching us in this process. Ongoing work includes fundraising, applying for government grants, and managing receipts and Congress finances.
- That God would move more brothers and sisters with a heart for Kingdom work to provide the necessary financial support for the Congress.
- For a smooth and successful application for international conference grants by the Sarawak district committee to the local government.
- For wisdom and clarity in handling registration receipts and overall Congress finances, ensuring transparency and a good testimony.
- For God to strengthen coworkers to complete all tasks related to the second phase of registration.

Thanksgiving
Regional Nominations and Registration：
The first phase of registration has successfully concluded, with over 600 participants signed up. We give thanks to God for the district committees and their faithful promotion with the regionals, which made this possible.
Speaker Invitations：
Praise the Lord that over 90% of the main plenary speakers have been confirmed. We are grateful for those He has called to journey with the CCCOWE movement and serve His church.
Prayer Requests
Preparation Team & Team Coordination：
Pray for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of all who are serving in the preparation of this Congress, and grant peace to their families. May each individual and team not only witness God’s hand in the process, but also be personally shaped and renewed through it. Ask the Lord to grant wisdom in the coordination between the planning teams, venue staff, local stage crews, and travel agencies across different countries. May every logistical details be handled in unity and excellence, bringing glory to God and blessing to all involved.
Those involved in the preparation, aka the planning teams, include: the logistics team, the program team, the CCCOWE staff, and members of the district committees and standing committee who are mobilizing registration across various regions.
Nominations & Registration：
The second phase of online registration is expected to begin in late August. Pray that God will move the hearts of the right individuals to participate, and that each region can mobilize and complete registration smoothly, fostering mutual encouragement and blessing during the Congress.
Speaker Invitation：
Pray for wisdom as the team continues to invite speakers. May those invited be those God has chosen—faithful to proclaim His word and inspire the global Chinese Church.
Exhibition Planning：
The Congress includes three exhibitions: Mission Showcase, Christian Publishers Collective, CCCOWE 50th Anniversary.
Pray that the mission and publisher exhibitions, which have completed initial content gathering, will clearly convey vision and testimony—encouraging spiritual reflection and strengthening the body of Christ.
The publisher exhibition will feature multiple Christian publishers. Pray for smooth coordination and meaningful content that deepens spiritual dialogue and book promotion.
CCCOWE 50th Anniversary, the content is still being collected and discussed. Pray for God’s guidance in presenting the legacy and journey of the CCCOWE movement in a compelling and edifying way.
Stage Design & Musical Performances：
The Congress has commissioned ORTV to help coordinate the stage design and musical performance. Pray for the provision of all necessary resources and personnel. May the cross-national teams and vendors communicate effectively and collaborate in unity. Pray that the final presentation would glorify God, benefit the body, and bless the local churches in Sarawak.
Information Systems & Website：
Pray for the development and maintenance of the Congress’s digital platforms, including the MIS, automated registration system, participant portal, workshop and group systems, and the 10th CCOWE website. May technology be a tool that enhances both experience and participation.
Finances & Administration：
The Congress requires USD $750,000 in funding. Pray that the Lord would stir the hearts of brothers and sisters with a burden for kingdom ministry to support financially. Also, lift up in prayer the Sarawak district committees, which will apply for international conference grants from the local government on behalf of CCCOWE.
Pray for God’s wisdom and clarity to be upon the administrative team as they manage receipts, budgeting, and overall finances. May every financial and administrative task be handled with integrity, transparency, and a strong witness in the Lord.

Thanksgiving
Nominations and Registration：
The first registration phase for the congress ended on May 31, with over 600 participants completing the process. We thank God for the efforts and coordination of districts and regional committees, which facilitated a smooth nomination and registration process.
Speaker Invitations and Confirmations：
About 90% of the main hall speakers have been invited and confirmed. We thank the Lord for choosing and preparing these speakers to journey with CCCOWE.
Joint Christian Publishers’ Exhibition：
We are grateful for the strong foundation laid over the years for joint exhibitions in East Malaysia. This time, Campus Evangelical Fellowship Press will bring together several Christian publishers for CCCOWE’s joint exhibition. Pray that the subsequent coordination goes smoothly and the exhibition content is rich and deep, promoting spiritual literature exchange and outreach.
Stage Design and Musical Performances：
Praise the Lord that ORTV will be involved in the stage design and musical performances during the congress. Pray for divine creativity and wisdom and the provision of the necessary manpower and resources so that the presentation may glorify God and bless people.

Information System and Website Development：
Pray for God’s protection over the development and maintenance of the entire information system, including automation of the MIS and registration system, design of the participant area, adjustments to workshops and group mechanisms, and updates and maintenance of the 10th CCCOWE official website. May technological tools become service channels, enhancing participants’ experience and effectiveness.
AI Platform and Technology Applications：
We thank God for preparing a suitable tech company to help build the CCCOWE AI platform, which will promote the application of practical theology. Pray that the development process will be precise and effective, with good communication and collaboration, so the platform may become a blessing and support for the Chinese church.
Exhibition Planning：
This congress will feature three exhibitions — missions, publishing, and CCCOWE’s 50th anniversary retrospective. Pray for the Lord’s guidance in data collection and organization, so that each exhibit conveys its vision, proclaims God’s work, and serves as a spiritual inspiration and blessing to the attendees.
Finance and Administration：
Pray for the Lord to grant wisdom and clarity to coworkers in handling registration receipts and the congress’s overall financial matters. May all financial and administrative affairs be conducted appropriately, transparently, and God-honouring. Also, pray for the Lord’s provision of all the funds, manpower, and materials needed for the congress.

Thanksgiving
Regional Nominations and Registration
The CCCOWE Center has been receiving nomination lists from regional committees and networks. May the Lord reveal those He has chosen and guide the nominees smoothly through registration.
East Malaysia Logistics Team
The CCCOWE team completed its site visit. We thank God for providing a gifted local logistics team and connecting us with reliable vendors. May the volunteer recruitment and training proceed under God’s provision and protection.
Hotel Booking and Transportation
We’re grateful to have a local travel agency in Sarawak offering hotel booking and transport services at special rates. May the coordination process be smooth and the local providers be blessed through this collaboration.
Prayer Requests
Spiritual Warfare and Alertness
During this season, the Lord has reminded us—through different people and teams—of the reality of spiritual warfare. May the Holy Spirit strengthen all coworkers in body, mind, and spirit, helping them walk with the Lord daily, fight the good fight, and remain spiritually alert. Pray also for more intercessors to rise and cover the Congress in prayer.
Speaker Invitations
The Congress is in the process of inviting speakers. May God lead and appoint the right individuals to share timely messages and insights.
Xplore360 Workshops
The coordinators of the nine Xplore360 workshops have begun planning. May God grant them wisdom and revelation and bless their communication and collaboration with the speakers.
Exhibition Planning
The Congress will feature exhibitions on missions, a joint Christian publishers showcase, and a CCCOWE 50th anniversary retrospective. Pray for divine inspiration for the planning team to hear God’s heart and create meaningful and spiritually impactful presentations.

Fundraising and Financial Needs
The total fundraising target for the Congress is USD 750,000. Pray that our Heavenly Father will provide abundantly, that all financial processes will run smoothly, and that staff will communicate clearly and positively with partner organizations.
