Prayer Requests
Registration and Waitlist Arrangements:
The Registration system has now closed. Our team is currently processing the waitlist and making final placements based on regional balance, representativeness, and the participation of emerging leaders. Waitlist registration is expected to close by the end of December, and related administrative work and data consolidation are still underway.
- Please pray for administrative tasks and data consolidation. Ask the Lord to keep the processes smooth and the information clear, so the team may complete all tasks efficiently.
- Please pray for the travel preparations of all participants. Ask the Lord to grant favor for lodging and flights, and for Congress communications to be conveyed clearly so each attendee can be well-prepared before arriving.
Congress Exhibits & Christian Book Exhibit:
Design drafts for the CCCOWE 50th Anniversary Exhibit, the Missions Exhibit, and the Publishing Exhibit are now complete. Production is expected to be commissioned in January with a local vendor in Malaysia. The preparation team for the Christian Book Exhibition also met in mid-December to assign responsibilities and plan for recruitment, marketing, and venue setup.
- Please pray for the production of these exhibits: that timelines would stay on track, quality would meet design requirements, and everything would be completed on schedule—bringing glory to God and blessing all who attend.
- Please pray for wisdom, unity, and strong collaboration within the Book Exhibition team, so that recruitment, promotion, and on-site arrangements would move forward smoothly—and that each team member would serve with strength and joy.
- Please pray that the Lord would use the exhibits and Book Exhibition to provide spiritual awakening and practical resources, so participants may carry these blessings back into their ministries and become channels of blessing to their communities.
Stage and Venue Production:
Since late October, CCCOWE has been in discussions with Overseas Radio and Television (ORTV), our audio-visual technical support team, and local vendors to align on the technical requirements and overall direction for the Stage & Musical Production. Preliminary venue planning is now in place—covering seating, control booth, interpretation, stage setup, lighting, and sound. Our team plans to conduct an on-site venue assessment in Kuching from January 17–20, 2026.
- Please pray for creativity and wisdom in stage design and the Musical Production, that the final presentation would carry both artistic excellence and spiritual depth—becoming a witness that honors the Lord’s name.
- Please pray for the January site visit and for local vendors’ design proposals and quotations. Ask the Lord to guide us to the most fitting plan and resources, so every preparation aligns with His will and is accomplished on time.
- Please pray for clear communication and effective collaboration among CCCOWE, the local logistics team, and ORTV—so every part moves forward in unity and in step.
Preparation Teams & Logistics Coordination:
Our preparation team and logistics team have steadily moved into detailed backend coordination, including the Musical Production, equipment and technical setup, volunteer training, and comprehensive on-site operations planning. We are integrating resources across the board to prepare an environment for the Congress to run smoothly and to support the spiritual growth of all participants—so each person may be strengthened, equipped, and able to carry the blessings received into their own service and calling.
- Please pray for wisdom, efficiency, and grace-filled coordination as we plan and execute logistics—especially for programs, production needs, meals and transportation, the Musical Production, half-day excursions, hospitality, registration/check-in, and more.
- Please pray that the Lord would grant the leaders of each logistics area wisdom, patience, and team unity, so operations will run smoothly. Pray also that as we continue recruiting and preparing 100–120 volunteers with diverse gifts and strengths. Ask the Lord to place each person in the right role, so they can serve effectively and joyfully.
- Please pray for the preparation and planning of volunteer training, that every volunteer would be fully equipped, understand their role and mission, and serve with strength throughout the Congress.
IT Systems & CCCOWE AI:
Congress preparations have entered the second phase of IT Systems development, focusing on backend programming for the participant portal, group assignments, workshop lottery selection, and check-in workflows. Pray that the Lord would continue to grant our team wisdom and the gifts needed, so that the work may move forward steadily. We also thank the Lord that a new IT team member has joined us, bringing additional professional capacity for system development.
In mid-December, the CCCOWE AI team met with a vendor and reached an initial consensus on the development direction. We now pray that technical progress will accelerate and steadily move us toward the goals we have set.
- Please pray that the Lord would grant clear direction for AI development, and that progress would keep pace as planned—so CCCOWE AI may become a practical tool of blessing for the Congress and for ongoing ministry.
- Please pray for wisdom and skill for the team as we complete backend designs for the portal, group assignments, workshop lottery, and check-in processes—ensuring the Congress operates efficiently and in good order.

Finance & Administration:
The total projected budget for the 10th CCOWE is USD 1.25 million, with a fundraising goal of USD 750,000. As of December 21, USD 621,000 has been raised. We ask the Lord to deepen our faith as we experience His abundant provision and grace.
- Please pray that the Lord would move more brothers and sisters who carry a burden for Kingdom work to support the Congress financially, so the needs of this gathering may be met.
- As preparations advance, we are beginning to handle a significant number of vendor deposits and payments. Please pray for wisdom and clarity for our team members to steward income and expenses well, so finance and administration may be appropriate, transparent, and a beautiful witness.
