Prayer Requests
Nomination & Registration：
Due to the highly enthusiastic response—and in order to ensure balanced regional participation and program quality—the registration system was closed early on October 25. Afterward, only a limited number of places were retained. These will be allocated according to regional balance, participant representativeness, and priority for young leaders.
- For wisdom and discernment for coworkers in the review and waitlist process, that the final roster would reflect both the diversity and the unity of the Chinese Church.
- For all participants’ travel preparations: that the Lord would watch over lodging and air tickets, and that Congress notifications and information would be clearly communicated, helping each participant complete pre-trip preparations smoothly.
Program & Speakers：
Thank the Lord! Program preparations are progressing steadily. The worship/program working group has formally begun operations, recruiting members and musicians for the united worship team and discussing program design and details for each gathering. Cross-team coordination and preparations for opening details are planned for November and will be confirmed at the early-December meeting, at which time the design directions for the closing and evening programs will also be discussed.
Meanwhile, all main speakers have been confirmed. Online speakers’ alignment meetings are scheduled to begin in December. We hope that every message will be a channel of God’s Word, bringing spiritual renewal and encouragement.
- For the program working group and all teams: ask the Lord to grant creativity and unity so that the overall program design would glorify God and bless many.
- For the recruitment and preparation of the united worship team: ask the Lord to raise up suitable musicians and worshipers who will serve with reverent hearts.
- For each speaker and their family: pray for health and peace; and ask the Lord to guide speakers in their preparation, that they would be moved and illumined by the Holy Spirit so their messages respond to the needs of our time.
- For the program working group meetings in December and each session’s speaker meetings: ask the Lord to prepare a united mind so that program design and speakers’ messages echo one another and present the Congress’s overall spiritual direction.

Curation & Exhibitions：
This Congress will feature three exhibitions: the Mission Showcase, the Christian Publishers Collective, and the CCCOWE 50th Anniversary. With the main frameworks complete, we now move into theme visuals and 3D design.
- That the exhibitions would clearly convey the vision and declare God’s works, becoming spiritual encouragement and blessing.
- For smooth coordination with publishers to advance the exchange and promotion of spiritual books.
- For guidance in gathering and presenting content for the CCCOWE 50th Anniversary retrospective, bearing a beautiful witness to the movement’s spirit.
Stage and Musical Production：
Thank the Lord! With the assistance of the local logistics groups, CCCOWE and ORTV (the A/V technical support team) held the first online meeting with related vendors at the end of October, conducting initial discussions on technical requirements and direction for the stage and musical production. We hope to complete the preliminary stage design and related quotations in November to facilitate subsequent production and coordination.
- For stage design and musical preparations: ask the Lord to grant creativity and wisdom so that the overall presentation would combine artistic excellence with spiritual depth, becoming a testimony that glorifies His name.
- For communication and coordination among CCCOWE, the local logistics group, and ORTV team: ask the Lord for smooth partnership and aligned timelines.
- For vendors’ upcoming design proposals and quotations: ask the Lord to guide us to the most suitable solutions and resources, so that all preparations align with His will and are accomplished in due time.
Preparation Teams & Logistics Coordination：
Thank the Lord! CCCOWE and the local logistics group in Sarawak have launched volunteer recruitment and various planning efforts. Interpretation volunteers have all been recruited. The logistics group expects to recruit approximately 100–120 volunteers with diverse gifts and specialties; 59 have registered so far. Pray for the Lord to continue preparing and leading suitable coworkers to join the service team.
- For health and peace in body, mind, and spirit for all preparation coworkers.
- For coordination and collaboration among teams: ask the Lord to grant wisdom and unity so the preparation team, logistics group, and local vendors can work together smoothly.
- For the Lord to prepare suitable volunteers to serve in each department.
Information Systems & CCCOWE AI：
Thank the Lord! In mid-October, the project team held an online meeting with the vendor (Cap Labs CO., LTD.) and had good communication regarding technical challenges, mutual expectations, and subsequent timeline planning. Pray for the Lord to continue supplying the needed gifts and wisdom so the team can move forward smoothly in both design and implementation.
- For the project team and AI vendor to receive the technical capacity and creative insight needed to resolve challenges smoothly.
- That the design and application of AI would align with biblical truth, avoiding deviation and misinformation, and truly strengthen shepherding and equipping.
- For the team’s communication and collaboration: ask the Lord to unite our minds and fit us together; pray also for subsequent scheduling and project progress to proceed smoothly at each stage.
- For CCCOWE’s overall information system development and maintenance to run smoothly, including MIS, registration automation, Participant Portal optimization, workshop and small group mechanisms, and updates to the 10th CCOWE website.
Finance & Administration：
The total Congress budget is USD 1.25 million, with USD 750,000 to be raised. As of October 31, USD 450,000 has been raised. Significant finance and administration tasks continue, including ongoing fundraising, registration receipting, and overall Congress income/expense management. Pray that our coworkers would learn, in faith, to experience His leading.
- That the Lord would move more brothers and sisters with a burden for Kingdom ministry to provide the financial support needed for the Congress.
- For wisdom and clarity to handle registration receipts and overall Congress finances properly, ensuring appropriateness, transparency, and a good testimony.
