Prayer Requests
Nomination & Registration：
Phase 2 registration opened on August 18 and runs through the end of October (closing earlier if capacity is reached). We thank God for the enthusiastic global response. As of September 25, just over 300 spots remain. We will now focus on mobilizing younger participants and key regions.
- That the Lord would move the right invitees to complete registration smoothly and make the Congress a mutual blessing.
- For intergenerational partnership: that the older generation would have spiritual vision to gladly create opportunities for the younger, and that the younger would honor the sacrifices of the older generation.
Speakers：
All speakers for the Opening and Closing, Expository Messages, and Plenary Themes have been invited and confirmed. Pray for God’s protection over their preparation and their whole being—body, mind, and spirit—so that each message becomes a channel of His Word.
- For the Lord’s care over each speaker and their families—health of body, mind, and spirit, with His protection and provision in every area.
- For God’s provision in their churches, ministries, and workplaces, that they may prepare with focus and be filled with the Holy Spirit.
- For the online speakers’ meetings beginning in December, that their sharing would align with the Congress theme and needs, bringing spiritual renewal and encouragement.

Curation & Exhibitions：
This Congress will feature three exhibitions: Mission Showcase, Christian Publishers Collective, and the CCCOWE 50th Anniversary. With the main frameworks complete, we now move into theme visuals and 3D design.
- That the exhibitions would clearly convey the vision and declare God’s works, becoming spiritual encouragement and blessing.
- For smooth coordination with the publisher to advance the exchange and promotion of spiritual books.
- For wisdom in gathering and presenting content for the CCCOWE 50th Anniversary retrospective, bearing a beautiful witness to the movement’s spirit.
Stage and Musical：
ORTV (Overseas Radio and Television, Inc.) will present the musical “Journey of Love” and provide technical support for the Congress.
- As we negotiate with local stage, lighting, and sound vendors, ask God to prepare the right partners.
Preparation Teams & Logistics Coordination：
CCCOWE and the local logistics team in Sarawak have launched volunteer recruitment and planning. We thank God that all interpretation volunteers have been recruited. The logistics team is now seeking 100–120 volunteers with diverse gifts and roles. Pray for the Lord’s provision and leading.
- For the health of the preparation team—body, mind, and spirit—and peace over their families.
- For wisdom and unity so the preparation team, venue, local production vendors, and the travel agency (lodging and shuttles) collaborate effectively.
- For the Lord to prepare suitable volunteers and coworkers to serve across departments.
- For strong coordination among the logistics team and group leaders, with clear division of responsibilities, so preparations proceed in good order.
AIInformation Systems & CCCOWE AI：
We thank the Lord for the progress of our information systems and their stable operation. “CCCOWE AI — Your Practice Partner in Practical Theology” is under development; the team faces technical challenges and needs the Lord’s wisdom and provision.
- For smooth development and maintenance across all systems—MIS, registration automation, attendee portal optimization, workshop and small group mechanisms, and updates to the 10th Congress website.
- For technical breakthroughs for “CCCOWE AI — Your Practice Partner in Practical Theology,” with wisdom to find suitable solutions, overcome roadblocks, and maintain the right direction and pace.
- That the design and application of AI would align with biblical truth, avoid deviation and misinformation, and truly strengthen shepherding and equipping.
Finance & Administration：
The total budget is USD 750,000. As of September 21, USD 348,000 has been raised. We thank the Lord that the Sarawak government has approved our subsidy application; the amount is pending confirmation. Significant work remains, including ongoing fundraising, registration receipting, and Congress income/expense management. Pray that our coworkers learn to follow His leading in faith.
- That the Lord would move more brothers and sisters with a burden for Kingdom ministry to provide financial support for the Congress.
- For wisdom and clarity to handle registration receipts and overall Congress finances properly, ensuring appropriateness, transparency, and a good testimony.
