The musical portrays her journey on this island, overcoming language and cultural barriers to establish Studio Classroom, teaching countless people English through radio broadcasts and profoundly impacting Taiwan’s educational development. She dedicated her youth to Taiwan, driven by love, connecting Taiwan with the world. This production is a collaboration between Studio Classroom, Heavenly Melody, and All People Theatre, using moving music and drama to present Ms. Scudder’s remarkable life and her deep affection for Taiwan.
