Prayer Requests

Registration & Participants:
We thank the Lord for the overwhelming support from churches, which brought registration to its maximum capacity ahead of schedule. To ensure balanced representation and maintain the quality of the program, the registration system was closed on October 25. A total of 1,326 participants have completed registration. Among the 1,287 confirmed attendees (pending a few administrative approvals), the male-to-female ratio is approximately 2:1. Age distribution: 47.1% are 36–55 years old, 36.8% are 56 and above, and 16.1% are under 35. By vocation: 54% pastors, 22.8% organizational leaders and missionaries, 16.1% marketplace leaders, and 7.1% seminary faculty and students.

A small number of seats remain reserved for evaluation based on regional balance, representativeness, and younger leaders under 35. Administrative processing is underway, with approval letters expected by December 10.

  • Pray for the Lord’s protection over every participant—body, mind, and spirit—as they prepare for the Congress. Pray for smooth administrative approvals and that all arrangements align with God’s will.
  • Ask the Lord to use this diverse gathering—pastors, missionaries, organizational staff, workplace leaders, and seminary students—to foster deep connections and mutual edification, manifesting the unity of Christ’s body.
  • Pray for the mobilization of younger leaders under 35, that they may be equipped and inspired to become future blessings and torchbearers for the Chinese church.
  • Pray for travel arrangements, accommodations, and clear communication of Congress updates so that all participants can prepare effectively.

Christian Joint Book Exhibit:
We thank the Lord for leading CCCOWE to partner with the Campus Evangelical Fellowship Press for a joint book exhibit, aiming to bless participants and churches with rich spiritual resources. The planning team completed site inspections in November and will proceed with marketing and logistical arrangements in December. Christian publishers will also be invited to join this collaborative effort.

  • Pray for unity and smooth coordination among participating publishers during the preparation phase.
  • Pray for wisdom in book selection and event planning so that the exhibit reflects professionalism and spiritual depth.
  • Ask the Lord to use this exhibit to help many encounter resources that nurture, guide, and equip them for ministry.

Stage and Musical Production:
Since late October, CCCOWE has been in discussion with local vendors and the technical support team from Overseas Radio & Television (ORTV) regarding stage design and musical production. Venue planning (seating, control booths, translation, lighting, sound) is in progress, with on-site inspections scheduled for mid-January 2026.

  • Pray for creativity and wisdom in stage design and musical preparation so that the presentation combines artistic excellence with spiritual depth, bearing witness to His glory.
  • Pray for the site inspection in January, and for wisdom as vendors prepare design proposals and quotations—that the most suitable solutions and resources would be provided.
  • Pray for smooth coordination among CCCOWE, local logistics teams, and technical partners, and for timely completion of all plans.

Preparation Teams & Logistics Coordination:
We thank God for raising up Rev. Chii-Ann Su (蘇慈安) and local leaders in Sarawak to form the logistics team, which is a great blessing to the Congress. Recruitment for volunteers is ongoing: All simultaneous-interpretation volunteers have already been secured. The logistics team anticipates 100–120 volunteers with diverse gifts and skills. Currently, 59 have signed up. May the Lord continue to send the right people to serve joyfully and faithfully.

  • Pray for wisdom, patience, and unity for the pastors and team leaders overseeing each logistics division, so operations may run smoothly. Pray also for the continued mobilization of 100–120 volunteers with the right gifts for each role.
  • Pray for effective coordination in all logistical arrangements—programs, meals, transportation, musical production, excursions, hospitality, and registration.

IT Systems & CCCOWE AI:
Following the closure of registration, the team has entered the second phase of IT development, focusing on participant portals, group assignments, workshop scheduling, and check-in processes. We ask the Lord to continue supplying wisdom and skill as the team advances this work.

Regarding CCCOWE AI, there remains a significant gap between the Center’s vision and current development progress. We ask the Lord to grant clarity, breakthroughs, and alignment with His will as the team builds toward long-term goals.

  • Pray for clear direction in AI development, that the team would bridge gaps, gain inspiration, and make meaningful progress, enabling AI to serve the Congress and strengthen ministry impact.
  • Pray for smooth progress in all IT systems—MIS, automation of registration, optimization of participant portals, workshop and group mechanisms, and official website updates.
  • Pray for God’s provision of suitable new IT staff as recruitment begins in December.

Finance & Administration:
The total estimated budget for the Congress is USD 1.25 million, with USD 750,000 needed from fundraising. As of November 30, a total of USD 495,000 has been raised. May the Lord strengthen the faith of our team as we rely on His provision.

  • Pray that God would move brothers and sisters with a kingdom burden to support the Congress financially.
  • As vendor payments and deposits increase in the coming months, pray for wisdom, clarity, and integrity for the finance and administrative teams as they manage all expenses with transparency and accountability, bearing a good witness.
